Project EQUAL
Our sports school participates in the project EQUAL.
It is the development and implementation of lifelong education for people with hearing disabilities, includes education of persons with handicapped persons who come into contact. Even for us to study the possibility of hearing impairment and talented students. Their ability to fully integrate deaf students are already convinced.
Graduated from our school as Mrs. Theresa Wagner, deaflympijská twice winner of the heptathlon in 1997 and 2001, deaflympijská winner in the triple jump in 1997, a bronze medalist in the heptathlon last deaflympiády in 2005. The list of their athletic accomplishments is long.
Currently studying at our school two hearing-impaired students. One of them, a swimmer Milan Janca, in June 2006 to participate in the Deaf World Championships in Athens.
The objective of our participation in the project's preparation and organization of the course instructors license deaf, it means the development of methodologies and teaching materials for courses and further training of trainers workshops deaf athletes with a priority focus on deaf trainers.
